when you have less than 15in of clearance between your conveyor and your chip hopper There will not be enough height for the coolant to just gravity feed back to your coolant tank.
In these cases, a syphon pump must be added.
The Syphon pump mounts to the side of your convey
or and runs for 5 seconds to start the coolant flowing. It cycles on and off every 15 minutes.
(Time can be adjusted as needed.)

Unwanted waste ends up added to the hopper, employee soda, coffee, chewing tobacco, cleaning supplies, degreaser, etc. Unwanted items added back to the machine will destroy your coolant! Also, if your running both oil and coolant style machines you don't want them mixing together on accident.
Employees are often forgetful and pull the hopper without disconnecting or shutting off the drain line causing messy clean up's, hazardous slippy floors and down time.
